Greer pleaded guilty in January to aiding and abetting interference with commerce by threats or violence and brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence in connection with a robbery at T&L One Stop. The charges stemmed from an incident on January 8, 2025, where Greer worked with co-defendants Demario R. Baker and Kevin A. Ware to carry out the armed robbery.

Judge Limbaugh imposed consecutive sentences, giving Greer 41 months on the robbery count and 84 months on the firearm charge. The court found that Greer's actions constituted 'brandishing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence' under federal weapons statutes. Judge Limbaugh also recommended that Greer be evaluated for drug treatment and occupational training programs while incarcerated.

Greer appeared before Judge Limbaugh for sentencing after pleading guilty to both counts in January 2026. The case is part of a broader prosecution involving multiple defendants who participated in the convenience store robbery. The government secured guilty pleas from all defendants involved in the scheme.

Upon release, Greer will serve four years of supervised release and must comply with extensive monitoring conditions including drug testing, financial disclosure requirements, and search conditions. The restitution payment to T&L One Stop is joint and several with her co-defendants, meaning no further payments are required once the total amount is satisfied by all defendants.
