What the complaint alleges
ABC IP, LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued Bilson Arms, LLC and John W. Angers Jr. in the Western District of Louisiana, alleging that the defendants’ ‘Disruptor’ firearm trigger infringes five patents (the ’223, ’003, ’336, ’807, and ’403 Patents) and that the defendants use the plaintiffs’ FRT trademarks without authorization. The complaint further alleges that the defendants’ use of the FRT marks is likely to confuse consumers into thinking their products are plaintiffs’ products or are endorsed by plaintiffs.
