What the complaint alleges
Shenzhen Chenxiang Keji Youxian Gongsi, doing business as Lcbergbuly, sued Xiaoling Che and Jinyan Duan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that defendants submitted baseless patent infringement complaints to Amazon, causing the wrongful removal of plaintiff's product listings. Plaintiff claims that its rotatable puzzle board products do not infringe defendants' patent and that defendants knew or should have known of invalidating prior art.
