What the complaint alleges
Gravity Jack, Inc. sued Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging infringement of two patents related to augmented reality and location determination technology. The complaint alleges that Samsung's Galaxy mobile devices, including numerous models, directly and indirectly infringe the patents.
