What the complaint alleges
The Town of Gilbert, Arizona, sued REV Group, Oshkosh, and other defendants in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, alleging that they engaged in anticompetitive schemes to consolidate fire apparatus and chassis markets through a series of acquisitions, intentionally reducing output, raising prices, and delaying deliveries.
