What the complaint alleges

Plaintiff Book Farms sued Nutrien Ltd., The Mosaic Co., CF Industries Holdings, Inc., Koch Industries, LLC, and other fertilizer companies in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, alleging an unlawful agreement to fix the prices of nitrogen, phosphate, and potassium fertilizers. This is a joint motion by the parties to extend the defendants' deadline to respond to the complaint pending resolution of a multi-district litigation proceeding.
