What the complaint alleges
ApolloMD Business Services, LLC sued Claritev Corp. (f/k/a Multiplan, Inc.) and numerous health insurers in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging they conspired to artificially suppress out-of-network reimbursement rates for emergency medical services. ApolloMD claims it has suffered over $142 million in damages.
