What the complaint alleges
Lone Star Document Management, LLC sued Docuphase, LLC (doing business as OnPhase) in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,918,082 for an 'Electronic Document Proofing System.' Lone Star alleges Docuphase's content management products and services directly infringe claim 16 of the patent, which relates to systems for proofing electronic documents delivered over a network.
