What the complaint alleges

Atrius Development Group Corporation, Inc. sued ABC IP, LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., Rare Breed Firearms LLC, Lawrence DeMonico, Kevin Maxwell, and Cole LeLeux in the Western District of Texas, seeking a declaratory judgment that its Forced Reset Selector product does not infringe U.S. Patent No. 12,636,403, that the patent is invalid and unenforceable.
