What the complaint alleges

Atrius Development Group Corporation, Inc. sued ABC IP, LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., Rare Breed Firearms LLC, Lawrence DeMonico, Kevin Maxwell, and Cole LeLeux in the Western District of Texas, seeking a declaratory judgment that its Forced Reset Selector product does not infringe U.S. Patent No. 12,636,403, that the patent is invalid and unenforceable. Atrius alleges that Defendants have filed a series of patent infringement lawsuits against Atrius's resellers (not Atrius itself) to disrupt its business and intimidate the market, despite Atrius being the manufacturer of the accused product. The complaint describes Defendants' corporate structure and alleges that they are alter egos of each other, using ABC IP as a judgment-proof entity to pursue litigation.
