Rudy Patzkowsky, individually and on behalf of a class, sued Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc., The Mosaic Company, CF Industries Holdings, Inc., Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC, Yara North America, Inc., and other related entities in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
