ABC IP, LLC and Rare Breed Triggers, Inc. sued Gearfire, LLC d/b/a Ammo AZ, Joseph Shultz, Chad M. Seaverns, Flortucky LLC, and The Seaverns Family Revocable Living Trust in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, alleging infringement of five patents related to a forced reset trigger mechanism for firearms.
