What the complaint alleges
LG Energy Solution Ltd. sued EVE Energy Co., Ltd., Robert Bosch GmbH, Koki Holdings Co., Ltd., Chervon (China) Trading Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Chervon Industry Co., Ltd. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging infringement of five patents related to secondary cylindrical batteries.
