What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued Muffintop Tactical LLC and Jason Ramsden in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, alleging infringement of eight patents related to firearm trigger mechanisms and trademark infringement of the 'FRT' mark. The complaint alleges that defendants make and sell trigger products, including the ARC-Fire and Disruptor, that infringe plaintiffs' patents and that defendants use plaintiffs' FRT mark to promote non-authorized products.
