What the complaint alleges
HealthLGX, LLC, sues MultiPlan Corp., MultiPlan, Inc., various health insurance companies (including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealth, Elevance, Blue Cross entities, and others) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that defendants participated in a conspiracy to restrain trade in the health insurance provider market, in violation of federal and state antitrust laws, consumer protection laws, and common law.
