What the complaint alleges
Eigen Systems Limited, Kinetic Engineering Designs Limited, and Kinetic Cutting Systems, Inc. sued Messer Cutting Systems, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, alleging that Messer directly and willfully infringes four patents related to automated drilling and cutting systems. The complaint alleges that Messer copied Kinetic's patented technology, including clamping assemblies and waste extraction systems, observed at trade shows, and incorporates those features into Messer's MPC2000 MC and similar products.
