What the complaint alleges
Jefferson Health Corp. and related entities sued MultiPlan Corp., now Claritev Corporation, and numerous health insurers and other defendants in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that the defendants engaged in a conspiracy to restrain trade in health insurance provider networks through anticompetitive agreements and information exchanges, in violation of federal and state antitrust laws.
