What the complaint alleges
ABC IP, LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued MAS Defense LLC, Ghost Gun Jigs LLC, and Mario Sbardella, Sr. in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, alleging that the defendants make and sell knockoff forced-reset trigger devices (the Atrius Selector and the Disruptor) that infringe eight of the plaintiffs' patents and unlawfully use the plaintiffs' FRT trademarks to pass off their products as those of the plaintiffs.
