What the complaint alleges
Proxense, LLC sued Cisco Systems, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (Marshall Division) for patent infringement. Proxense alleges that Cisco's Wi-Fi 6, 6E, and 7 access points, wireless controllers, and related networking hardware implement OFDMA and Target Wake Time features that practice inventions claimed in four Proxense patents.
