What the complaint alleges
The City of Encinitas sued defendants REV Group, LLC, E-ONE, Inc., and numerous other entities (the REV Group Defendants, AIP Defendants, Oshkosh Defendants, and BME Defendants) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, alleging that the defendants engaged in anticompetitive schemes to consolidate the markets for fire apparatuses and chassis and to impose exclusionary restraints on replacement parts, resulting in overcharges, delivery delays, and harm to the plaintiff.
