What the complaint alleges
The City of Bellingham sued REV Group, LLC, Oshkosh Corporation, Pierce Manufacturing Inc., and numerous related entities in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, alleging that they engaged in anticompetitive schemes to consolidate the markets for fire apparatuses, custom chassis, and replacement parts. The City claims that Defendants acquired competitors, suppressed output, and raised prices, causing Bellingham to pay overcharges and suffer delivery delays and lost equipment value.
