What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC and Rare Breed Triggers, Inc. sued Combat Armory LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, alleging that Combat Armory infringes nine patents related to forced reset trigger mechanisms for firearms and infringes Rare Breed's FRT trademarks. The plaintiffs claim Combat Armory makes, uses, sells, and offers products such as the Super Safety, Atrius Selector, Disruptor, and ARC-Fire that embody the patented technology and uses the FRT mark to falsely associate its products with Rare Breed.
