What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued ROKC LLC (d/b/a Rainier Arms) in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, alleging that Defendant makes and sells trigger products, including the War Hammer Super Safety and Atrius Selector, that infringe five patents and use Plaintiffs' FRT trademark without authorization.
