Chiropractic Wellness Center of Clifton, P.C. d/b/a Pure Balance Center filed this short-form complaint in the MultiPlan health insurance provider multidistrict litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The plaintiff alleges that MultiPlan, Inc. and numerous health insurance companies and plan administrators engaged in anticompetitive conduct, including horizontal and hub-and-spoke agreements in restraint of trade, in violation of federal antitrust law. The complaint adopts by reference the allegations from the Consolidated Master Direct Action Plaintiff Complaint in the same MDL.
