What the complaint alleges

DeJuan Campbell, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that the NCAA's newly adopted Age-Based Rule arbitrarily restricts college athletes' eligibility based on age, with only three exceptions (pregnancy, religious missions, military service), thereby limiting their ability to compete and earn compensation for their names, images, and likenesses in violation of federal antitrust law.
