What the complaint alleges

Five plaintiffs, including Performance Food Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries, sued Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The complaint alleges that Keurig engaged in a multi-dimensional anticompetitive scheme to maintain monopoly power in the single-serve brewer and compatible cup markets, causing plaintiffs to pay supra-competitive prices for K-Cups. Keurig's alleged conduct includes blocking internet sales, anticompetitive acquisitions, sham litigation, exclusive dealing, disparagement of competitors, and introducing the 2.0 K-Cup Brewer designed to lock out competitors.
