What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued Zachary Wiseman in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, alleging that Wiseman infringed five of their patents and trademark rights related to firearm trigger mechanisms. The complaint alleges that Wiseman makes, uses, sells, and offers for sale products called the 'Super Safety' and 'Atrius Selector' that embody the patented forced-reset trigger technology and that he uses the FRT mark without authorization to promote his products, causing a likelihood of consumer confusion.
