What the complaint alleges

Value Drug Company sued Impax Laboratories (and its parent Amneal) and Zydus Pharmaceuticals (and its parent Zydus Lifesciences) in the Northern District of California, alleging that the defendants engaged in an anticompetitive scheme to delay generic competition for the Parkinson's disease drug Rytary. The complaint claims that Impax made reverse-payment agreements with generic manufacturers Actavis and Zydus, including a no-authorized-generic promise and a market-allocation deal, which kept prices artificially high.
