The City of Eau Claire filed an antitrust complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin (Green Bay Division) against REV Group, LLC, Oshkosh Corporation, Pierce Manufacturing Inc., and numerous other defendants. The complaint alleges that the defendants engaged in anticompetitive schemes to consolidate the markets for fire apparatuses, chassis, and replacement parts through serial acquisitions and exclusionary restrictions, resulting in higher prices, output reductions, and delayed deliveries for fire departments and taxpayers.
