What the complaint alleges
ETRI and Kyung Hee University sued Snap Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, alleging that Snap's Snapchat product uses HEVC video coding technology without a license, infringing plaintiffs' patents. Plaintiffs further seek a declaratory judgment that they have complied with their RAND commitments.
