What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued URSA-SEC LLC and Loren J. Ransome in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, alleging infringement of five patents and the FRT® trademark. The complaint accuses Defendants of selling trigger systems for firearms that infringe the Asserted Patents and the FRT Marks, and engaging in unfair competition.
