What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued Trinity Trigger, LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, alleging that Trinity Trigger's 'Super Safety' product infringes five patents (U.S. Patent Nos. 12,038,247, 12,031,784, 12,529,538, 12,578,159, and 12,636,403) related to forced reset trigger mechanisms for firearms.
