What the complaint alleges
ABC IP LLC, Rare Breed Triggers, Inc., and RBTM LLC sued DMR Reset Systems Limited Liability Company and Christopher Sollie in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, alleging that the defendants make, use, sell, and offer products (including the Super Safety, ARC-Fire, Kabuto, and Disruptor) that infringe nine U.S. patents and the plaintiffs' FRT trademarks. The complaint further alleges that the defendants use the FRT marks to falsely associate their products with plaintiffs' goods, causing a likelihood of consumer confusion.
